We did validation in HTML and XHTML a few weeks back, and then I posted a couple of days back with a summary of the online tools available. But now I've just seen this, which is extremely cool, particularly if you maintian a blog. Ben Hammersely has come up with a neat little tool that lets you turn the results of the W3C validator into an RSS feed. What does this mean? It means you can check the validity of a page evertime you request a feed using your newsreader. If there's no erros, nothing shows up. This means then that if your blog is always at the same URL you can check it every day as easily as keeping up with all the latest news.
Now, all I need to do is sit down and set this up for the 300 plus static pages at the westciv site................
