Well, I know it's been a very long time, but we're finally running one of our free courses again. Week 1 of HTML and XHTML for CSS is now available at our site.
This week we do some introductions, sort out some terminology and answer a few fundamental questions, like "what exactly is a web page?".
What's been keeping us busy?
Of late as well John and I have had our Web Essentials hat on. In July this year Web Essentials ran its first series of CSS Workshops in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Most of all, we're now building up to WE05, this September 29 and 30 here in Sydney.
Still some tickets available but don't tarry if you're still thinking about it: they're going fast. Our middle tier pricing of $AU850 ends on August 30 as well. Would be great to see you there.
In addition to WE05, this year on September 28 we're also running a full day workshop with user experience expert Jeffrey Veen, "Designing the Next Generation of Web Apps".
This will be the first time this workshop has been seen anywhere, and with web applications the place to be at the moment, we're really excited about this extra day.
So ,that's where we're at right now. Sorry about the long break between courses, and hope you enjoy HTML and XHTML for CSS.
